Sorry, no. My threeway switch is working fine still.

I often think about upgrading it, seeing as my phone can now take pictures with more mega pixels in them than my ‘proper’ camera, but its lovely 12x optical zoom is worth hanging onto a bit longer.

Ooooh, someone else with a z5? Blimeh.
Can you use the viewfinder on yours?
I somehow switched mine to just the screen on the back and I can’t find out to get it back to the viewfinder instead, the 3-way switch at the bottom (for supposedly playback/largescreen/viewfinder) doesn’t seem to do anything anymore…even tried factory reset to no avail. Suspect it’s buggered. Any ideas?

I’ve got a Z5 too!

Digital zoom is bobbins, yes she might be bigger in th eframe but when you try to print out the picture or view it on a large screen for later inspection purposes, all of her finer detail will be lost.

4x optical zoom? Pffft. Even my shonky Dimage Z5 has 12x optical zoom…
And digital zoom? What’s the point in that?
